It was in Morocco long time ago. The weather was hot, challenges high, Arosha was looking promising, confident and friendly. As time passed, Arosha was delivering promises and challenges were vanishing... only the weather was same in Morocco. Knowing Arosha for around 5 years it was never that I would feel lack of his support or not delivering promises. This is a great comfort to have somebody on whom you can always rely. He was a person with whom it was pleasure to co-work and do business and his charisma definitely played an important role. It was always difficult to win him in deal-making and drinking. There is a lot to learn from him therefore no one word would fit.
