It is with deep appreciation and genuine emotion that I share a few words as Arosha marks his well-deserved retirement. I have had the privilege of knowing Arosha since the very first day I joined the business back in 1996. At that time, he was heading Finance in the Jeddah Market, and from those early days we worked closely together. Even then, his professionalism, clarity of thought, and calm leadership left a strong impression on me. Our journey did not stop there. Our partnership continued as Arosha moved into his role at McDonald’s Corporation leading Franchising, and later, when he took on the leadership of the EMEA Business Unit. With each chapter, our interactions grew deeper and more frequent, and with them, my respect and admiration for him only continued to grow. Throughout this entire journey, it has always been a true pleasure working with Arosha. His professionalism, impeccable manners, dedication, passion, and exceptional people skills consistently stood out. He has always embodied the very best of what partnership means—working hand in hand, supporting, guiding, and always striving for what was right for the system and the people within it. I am genuinely proud of what we have achieved together, and honored to have been part of that journey alongside him. Over the years, my relationship with Arusha evolved naturally—from colleagues, to friends, and ultimately to brothers. He holds a very special place in my heart, both personally and professionally. His presence, wisdom, and partnership will be greatly missed. As he closes this remarkable chapter, I wish him nothing but happiness, fulfillment, and success in the years ahead.
